Emily has worked in higher education for two decades across sector advocacy, research, policy and development. She is experienced in student recruitment, pathways, TNE, learning abroad and admissions and has led institution engagement in the Indian Sub-continent, Middle East, South-East Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Emily has consulted for edtech, OSHC providers and Australian universities. She has experience working with students, government and education stakeholders across a number of regions.
Emily has a business degree majoring in marketing, is an Alumni of the AsiaLink Leaders Program and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is a mentor to early career professionals and co-founded and developed the IEAA Young Professionals Network.
She is a strong advocate for the student voice and volunteers on the Council of International Students Australia (CISA) sustainability working group, promoting good governance for CISA to ensure an improved international student experience in Australia. She is also a standing member of the IEAA Data Group and an elected member of the IEAA Board.
